With over 20 years of leadership experience and certifications in organizational health and strengths coaching, Stuart transforms disconnected teams into cohesive, results-driven groups. He lives in British Columbia, Canada, with his family and is passionate about leadership and organizational health.

Stuart Gibb is the founder and CEO of Table + Bridge Consulting, a company dedicated to helping CEOs and executive teams create healthy, high-performance organizations. As a founding member of Patrick Lencioni’s Consultant and Practitioner Alliance, Stuart specializes in guiding teams to overcome dysfunction, build trust, and achieve lasting alignment.
With over 20 years of leadership experience, Stuart has held senior roles in Operations, Human Resources, and Learning & Development. He oversaw a nine-figure business with 45+ locations, leading his team to break EBITDA and sales growth records. Stuart’s expertise spans industries including manufacturing, retail, financial services, nonprofits, and churches.
Stuart is a Certified Organizational Health Consultant, Certified Working Genius Facilitator, and Gallup-Certified Clifton Strengths Coach. He is also a faith-driven consultant, passionate about helping leaders unlock their organization’s competitive advantage through trust, clarity, and alignment.
When not working, Stuart enjoys reading business and leadership books and spending time with his wife, two teenage children, and their Staffie, Leia, in British Columbia, Canada.
